The Mushroom Farm Eco-Lodge is located in Livingstonia in northern Malawi. It is also very close to Lukwe Ecocamp, another Permaculture destination. The Mushroom Farm promotes eco-tourism and community development. They have beautiful accommodations, a farm-to-fork vegetarian restaurant, fantastic gardens, and incredible views.
The current owners are former Peace Corps Malawi volunteers, and in 2021 they held their first on-site Permaculture training. They received so much interest from this course that they are in the process of planning another one. The following are a few pictures of this wonderful site:
